Listed our house with Lissette Oti. Got a cash buyer but she insisted we needed an appraisal she would pay for. All negotiations were as if she was representing the buyer and not us. She advise to take an offer from this buyer since they had no realtor. We would save money in doing so. In addition, she would reduce her commission as well. Got our seller closing statement today. Found out she was representing the buyer as well. Blue key properties got paid twice the commission at our expense. Have documentation to prove it. STAY AWAY...

Vivian is very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market here in Jacksonville. Having lived many years in the Mandarin area, she knows the businesses and the neighborhoods extremely well. She knows the housing market and it was a pleasure to work with her. She is also bilingual, English and Spanish!
