Whether you are moving across the street, across the country or around the world, welcome to my website.  If you are moving into the area for personal reasons, due to a job relocation, or a military transfer, welcome to Laurel, Maryland and the Greater Laurel area!  Whether you are buying, selling or renting, I welcome the opportunity to assist you.

Today more than 84 percent of home buyers begin their home search on the internet.  You are joining them by viewing my website right now.  Please consider this your one-stop shopping place for all of your real estate needs.  Through my web site you can view not only my listings but those offered through all of the brokers in the area by simply entering the features you are seeking in a home in the box on the upper right.  You can also get information on what's involved in buying or selling a home, current mortgage rates, Market Minute Reports on what the real estate market is like in the four local counties, access links to local city and county governments and schools systems, and much, much more.  You can do it all from this web site!

I want to assist you with all of your real estate needs!

I view my role as a real estate agent as helping you achieve your dreams of home ownership whether that is buying your first home, a home for your growing family, a new home when you are relocating from another area, your dream home, an investment home, or your retirement home; or helping you sell your home or investment property.  I can even assist you with a rental if you are not planning to buy at this time or you are seeking a renter for your investment property.

You can count on me to provide the highest level of personal and professional service and to use my knowledge of the area to assist you.  I am a lifelong resident of the Laurel area and I have spent my entire career providing quality customer service through my positions at the University of Maryland, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and the American Physical Therapy Association of Maryland.  I have been a real estate agent with Long & Foster since March 1999 and have experienced the joy of helping many people buy and sell homes and I am looking forward to helping you.

If you are buying a home, you can count on me to listen carefully as you describe the features in a home that are important to you and then work hard to find the right home for you.

If you are selling a home, you can count on me to develop and carry out a plan designed to market your home to the largest possible audience in the area, throughout the country, and around the world through Long & Foster's connections to Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.  My commission is low and I include a home warranty that covers you, the seller, while your home is on the market and the buyer for one year.

To reach me click on the "Send an Email" button in the box on the upper left, call or text me on my cell phone at 301-814-8531, or send me an e-mail at [email protected].  I look forward to being of service to you.
