We are Mike and Wendy Smallwood.  We are originally from Indiana. We have seven grown children and 14 grandchildren. We sold almost everything we owned to make a huge decision in 2012 to relocate our lives.  When we moved to South Carolina it took my husband and I about a year to find our "retirement" home, although we aren't old enough to retire just yet.

We found a very nice Realtor ®, but she didn't send us available listings, and was very difficult to get a hold of at times. When we made the decision to become Realtors ®, we knew that we had to give the kind of service that we wished we had gotten. We search the market several times a day.
