My experience with Wendy was excellent. She has such a board knowledge of the dallas metroplex area. She was so dedicated, everytime I called or email her she was ready to go that day. Also, when I found the house she negotiated for me due to the fact the house needed repairs. Wendy was able to get enough money for me to cover the major repairs. Three words to describe her ambitious, persistent and resourceful. I can truly say she provided excellent service, love you Wendy.

Wendy Barton cannot be recommended highly enough after my recent experience having her as my real estate agent. She was an amazing advocate and guardian angel for this buyer. Wendy definately knows real estate. She took the time to get to know us and what we were are looking for in a home. She was quick to schedule showings and did her homework for each home. She explains the home buying process in a way were it all makes sense and is always willing to answer any questions at all times. She really is the best! We are absolutely in love with our home.

I was a client of Wendy's for 3 years due to the market and other personal reasons.  But when we found my HOME. Wendy had everything (bid to closing) completed in 15 days! Wendy is VERY professional, knowledgeable,  well connected with contractors, and lenders. If you're looking for someone that will always have your best interest as #1. Look no further! I never felt pressured to move on a house. Wendy makes sure you're okay, and that you're making a sound desicion.  If the rate system was 1-10. I would give Wendy a 10!

She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was always a phone call away and showed us a variety of homes in different areas. Very knowledgeable about the home buying process including the loan application process. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to assist us.

Absolutely, the best Realtor I’ve ever known! I now consider her a close and personal friend! We were suppose to have another Realtor come to our house on Sunday. She called and cancelled, I asked my wife to call Wendy and see what day she was available in the week. She was at our home 2 hours later prepping us on selling our home

Hands down, Wendy is the BEST realtor EVER! She always acted in our best interest and was always available to answer our questions at any time. Sometimes I wondered if she ever slept or took a day off. Her level of expertise was second to none. She was always very professional and extremely attentive to our needs as a family as we searched for our new home. We were in need of a 5-bedroom home, which was not easy to find, however, Wendy found us a newly built home which was PERFECT for our family! We were able to close on our new home in just two weeks. That was AMAZING!

Wendy did a great job from the beginning to the very end when we were looking for a home. She was on top of things making sure we were looking at different options and wanted us to love the house we were looking at. She helped us find our dream home and guided us every step of the way. She went out of her way and did whatever it took until my husband and I fell in love with what we call our home now.
