Selling can be difficult, whether a seller is up or downsizing or relocating to a new location.  Through this process you need someone who will understand your needs.  As a seller agent I help make this process go as smoothly as possible by partnering on all aspects of the process.  This includes preparing a home for the market and positioning it to maximize exposure to buyers through social media and local advertising as well as hosting open houses.  In some instances it also may involve referring the seller to a trusted colleague in the company network at their future location if it is an out-of-state move.  When a buyer comes along I help negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing.
