About Wendy Bornstein

I have lived in the greater Metro-west area outside Boston most of my life and know it like the back of my hand.  My years of experience in real estate now and previously in finance combined bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the areas I serve which include both Metrowest and the lower Cape.  In additional, in areas beyond my reach,  I have a great referral network both Nationally and Internationally.  Real estate is local and having someone you can trust for up-to-date information is a must. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
As someone who knows the area quite well I am eager to help  buyers find the right home at the right price!  This includes searching for the essential criteria buyers seek in an ideal home, as well as, all the neighborhood amenities that matter.  My buyers range from first time homeowners to experienced buyers seeking a new home due to a lifestyle change.

Sell a Home
Selling can be difficult, whether a seller is up or downsizing or relocating to a new location.  Through this process you need someone who will understand your needs.  As a seller agent I help make this process go as smoothly as possible by partnering on all aspects of the process.  This includes preparing a home for the market and positioning it to maximize exposure to buyers through social media and local advertising as well as hosting open houses.  In some instances it also may involve referring the seller to a trusted colleague in the company network at their future location if it is an out-of-state move.  When a buyer comes along I help negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I will take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
First impressions matter.   Sometimes buyers and sellers have different decor tastes and my job is to show the actual features of the property.   Making the home attractive to its ideal audience helps get top dollar.  Simple things like de-cluttering, staging, painting and doing minor cosmetic repairs can position your home to sell quickly in today’s competitive marketplace.
