About Wendy Fountain



I have been a Real Estate Broker since May of 2005. I am commited to helping my clients find their perfect home. My top priority is customer satisfaction and smooth real estate transactions. Shopping for a new home can be an overwhelming task to some and it is my job to make your shopping experience exciting and easy. I have a vested interest in the construction industry as my husband Sheldon Fountain and I own a construction business called Fountain Construction Co. I enjoy helping client's customise their floor plans, coordinate their color schemes and matching flooring and cabinetry so that everything is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Interior design is second nature to me. I have been able to utilize my skills to consult my clients when purchasing a new construction home or to stage their home for resale.
