I am Xiomara Leal and I moved to Cape Coral, Florida from Hartford, Connecticut in 1996. I have two children, one in elementary school and the other a college graduate. I completed 2 years of Engineering at the University of Havana. I began working in Real Estate in 2011 and I really love what I do. Owning a home , is the dream of everyone and be part of that dream, is priceless. I am fluent in Spanish and I am very enthused to be your real estate agent and my goal is to help you find your dream home in paradise.

Few years ago I get in contact with Xiomara because i was interesting on purchase a Property. At that time coming out of my divorce was mission impossible that a qualify for a loan. She recommend me that start working in my credit and motivated me to achieve my dreams The most impressive thing was that even with her busy schedule she never forget about me and constantly she was calling me to ask me how things are doing and motivated me. The process take around one year and a half until finally I was ready to achieve my dream.
