Yvette helped make our home buying experience much easier. She was highly responsive throughout a short closing process (~30 days), provided expert advice on local requirements, managed all of the inspectors/inspections and was a strong negotiator with the seller's agent. Working with Yvette on our home purchase gave us peace of mind throughout our home buying experience. We would absolutely recommend working with Yvette and would be happy to work with her again!

We highly recommend Yvette - she was great, super helpful and very on top of everything! She was able to really understand what we were looking for each time we looked at a new home. She interpreted more in depth than how we were able to articulate. As out of state buyers Yvette was a tremendous asset throughout the entire process, helping us get as much info as possible on the properties and areas, videoing houses and surrounding area so we could be well informed prior to deciding to come down and look.

Yvette is an awesome realtor. She helped us through the entire process, we were nervous the entire time because 10 years ago we tried to buy a house and were denied because of our realtor not sure why, but Yvette assured us and took care of everything. I really appreciated her having the builder buy down our interest rate as well as having us go thru her lenders who were awesome by the way especially Jeff. Yvette even made sure to stay on the builders even on the weekends to make sure our house would be done on time and everything in the house was working and fixed. She is an amazing person inside and out we were very lucky to have such a knowledgeable, caring and dedicated realtor in our corner. Not to put too fine a point on it but you want to work with Yvette. I started with someone else and I wasn’t getting followed up with regularly-I got connected with Yvette and it was night and day. She is clear, effective, pushed me to consider things I wouldn’t have, listened for what I wasn’t saying, and managed my first time home buying needs with grace and kindness. Her skillfulness has me moving into a property I’m excited to have as my own and of a quality I didn’t think was possible. While I never want to move from my new home, if I ever have to, or friends and family need a trusted guide through their home buying experience I will not hesitate to send them to Yvette.

Yvette was great, she went out of her way to find us an apartment in Charleston. She was wonderful doing showings virtually and showed the good and bad aspects of every apartment. Yvette was honest in her opinions and she’s is my first choice for a future realtor.

Yvette was more than helpful from the start. My sister and I planned to retire to the Charleston area but weren't sure what we were looking for in a home. Even though we were both out of state, Yvette worked closely with us to define our requirements and wish list. We toured the local area with her until she showed us the perfect townhomes we were looking for. She continued to check with the builders and property management while we could not be here. The builders loan officer was difficult to say the least and Yvette was able to help us get a new loan officer less than 60 days from our close date. When we came down for our walkthru she made sure we missed nothing and kept tabs with the construction team to ensure all was complete. While visiting gave us a very thorough tour of our area and showed us where we can get whatever we might need. Closing did not go quite as planned as the builder did not have the COs ready. Yvette coordinated with the loan officers, the builder, and the attorney throughout so we did not have to. Once we closed, she was here to accept our new appliances and my sister's car while we were in the midst of moving. My sister and I couldn't be happier with our new homes. Yvette made sure they checked all our boxes. Yvette went above and beyond what we could ever have expected of our realtor. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in the Charleston area.

Absolutely amazing! I think we are one of the few couples purchasing a house in Mount Pleasant that was able to get it for under asking price. She went way above and beyond in terms of being available to us, having information we needed and even went so far as to have our new house power washed before we moved into it.
