My wife and I worked with Sunny in late 2020. This was a crazy time with the pandemic raging, and the market going insane. Despite the market conditions that were extremely unfavorable to buyers, Sunny managed to get us under contract twice and at reasonable prices. She was extremely responsive and worked well with the other agents / parties. We will always appreciate Sunny and would HIGHLY recommend her. Sunny was a delight and a “sunny” professional to work with. As buyers in a sellers’ market, it was very frustrating to get out bid multiple times. We are so glad that Sunny had the know how and confidence to go after the home we now have. We bought the house virtually since we were moving to OC from out of the area. She guided us through the process and reassured us every step of the way, and always took the time to answer our (endless) questions. Escrow went quickly, our lender was able to close early and before we knew it we had scheduled movers to move in to our new home.We highly recommend Sunny whether you are buying or selling. Sunny came highly recommended. After an initial meeting at our home, Sunny helped to make my wife's and my mind up. It was going to be Sunny all the way! Her interest and thorough approach to learn everything about our home really impressed. The only question we had before starting this sale, was whether she was familiar with the surroundings and Sunny's zeal to help us sell quickly, erased our concern.Sunny explained the entire process of selling a home and walked us through some different tactics of how to go about it. In the end, we all agreed what direction to take.Once we started the process, it was a very pleasant surprise to see how much attention and involvement Sunny gave our endeavor. Everything from decor suggestions to advertising was spot on! During the weekend of the Open House (Friday - Sunday), my wife and I stayed out of town and let Sunny do her magic. It is with pleasure that I submit this review! I interviewed three prospective realtors. Sunny is professional and she was the most prepared. In my opinion communication is utmost important. As her client you will be updated often and she is great at offering suggestions in what to consider in preparing your home to sell quickly. She will put you at ease during the entire real estate process which we all know can be stressful. I was impressed by her expertise and willingness to answer questions as there will be many during the process. I would not have survived the enormous task of selling my parent's Carlsbad home without her support. She was very sensitive to the emotions that were involved in our property being sold. Sunny recommended contractors for repair estimates and this was a big help to me. And depending on my schedule she would meet them for appointments at the property. Most importantly, this was more than a real estate transaction it was our family home with cherished memories and she understood. Without a doubt Sunny will work hard for you from beginning to end. I can assure that you will be pleased in making the right choice!

Sunny Valenzuela helped us several years ago as a corporate transfer when we moved from San Diego to Irvine. We were so happy to have met her and she helped us find a great home in Irvine that we loved renting for several years. Once we were ready to purchase, we knew we would use Sunny again. Sunny was so amazing to work with to purchase our home! We moved to OC from Japan and purchased our home from abroad. We did a rather extensive search for a realtor and ended up choosing sunny and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. She was so helpful and worked her schedule to video tour homes even with a crazy time change!
