My buyer Listing Alerts connect directly to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and are faster and a lot more accurate than others. One will even let you set up text messaging so you won't miss one property. The key, other than being readily available to show, is to also search foreclosures, short sales, auction and pocket listing databases. Pocket listings are proprietary homes that have not hit the open market or on the mls.
