With 20+ years as a DFW Realtor and 10 as a Foreclosure Listing agent I will give an honest evaluation of your home's value and Proven marketing plan including strategies to stage your homes best qualities offering maximum exposure to find your perfect buyer to sell your home fast while still getting you the best price for your home! Get your home values TeamDuffy.com/cma

I enjoy orienting new families to the area.

My buyer Listing Alerts connect directly to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and are faster and a lot more accurate than others. One will even let you set up text messaging so you won't miss one property.  The key, other than being readily available to show, is to also search foreclosures, short sales, auction and pocket listing databases. Pocket listings are proprietary homes that have not hit the open market or on the mls.

If you are contemplating selling soon you need to have a Realtor familiar with the market take some time and analyze each comparable specifically to your homes features i.e. Square Footage, Pool, Updates, Subdivision, Stories etc. and then adjust your analysis appropriately.

On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...
