We started looking for a bigger house after we got married and knew we wanted to start a family. We wanted a realtor who wasn’t going to push us into something we weren’t comfortable with and was willing to take the time to help us find our forever home. Andrew was that realtor for us. He knew what we were looking for and took the time to take us to showings. I really appreciated his honesty and support throughout the whole process. My advice for a potential buyer is to trust the process.

Our experience with Seaport Real Estate Services was nothing short of professional and caring from the moment we met to discuss selling our home to the closing. The team of Andrew and Tim were both a pleasure to communicate our needs with and we received prompt courteous call backs while receiving very professional representation of our home. The brochure they created was spot on right through to the open house dealings and sale. I would absolutely without question use this firm again given the opportunity!

Andrew O’Reilly of Seaport Real Estate Services (Mystic, CT.), represented my wife and I in the purchasing of a new home. Working with Andrew in our search, we found him to be personable, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive to our questions/concerns, professional and very easy to work with. He stayed in touch with us throughout the buying process and offered appreciated advice and recommendations regarding the purchase. His “follow-up” skills are also notable. He added value by personally being there when the home inspection was being done and met us at our new home many times during the buying process and final walk-thru. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Seaport Real Estate Services, and there will be a 3rd, as my son will be selling his condominium in the short term.

We worked with Andrew purchasing a home in Old Lyme from Texas. He is more responsive and jumps to help more than any realtor I've had in the past. My previous realtors have taken advantage of the fact that a buyer can look online now and just let the buyer find properties they are interested in. Andrew went the extra mile, tailoring his automated search to our needs and making personalized videos summarizing information about each property we were interested in. It was very helpful to have local knowledge of the street and neighborhood each property was in. We would gladly work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone else.
