We have used Anna Hewitt twice as a referral agent and our experience has been fabulous . The first time was on a move to Winston-Salem , N.C. . The last time we moved, we did so without getting an agent-to-agent referral. Never again! Anna Hewitt took the time to get to know us so she could refer us to the perfect agent in our new hometown. Anna is totally different, we really like her. So much so that we introduced her to a friends that were looking for a home, they are under contract with her. She continues to search for us. She is helpful, enthusiastic, responsive, and thorough. We have several properties on island and when we sell, she'll have the listings, when we buy again, it'll be Anna!

Our perfect home we bought with Anna on FaceTime!!! We had looked at houses with her and returned home. This house caught our eye and she "walked" us through on Face Time!!! We said "write it up"! We flew back for inspections, etc. and to actually SEE our new home. She took care of all details and we were Floridians in less than a month. As a builder and a Realtor, we highly recommend Anna! Great home buying experience!!!

I have been a lawyer for 40 years. I always question people who work on a contingency. It is in their best interest to close the deal as soon as possible. Who cares about semi-truths. I got my commission and will not see them again haha! Well you do not know “Anna Hewitt “. Not only is she the most honest person I have ever met; she makes herself available night and day. Anna demonstrated how she is confident in finding just the right home we were looking for. We are "beach people" and she found just the right home to accommodate our small family that was located within steps of the beach. The place included an outdoor shower, something we had requested so we didn't track sand into the house. Imagine being able to live on Amelia Island feet away from the beach. Her bubbly personality is contagious and she's always available to talk when you have a question. It was the easiest process I have ever been through when buying a house. I give her 5 stars just for that!

My experience with Anna was so positive. I loved her honesty-if she didn't know the answer to a question she found the person who did quickly and she always responded to me within a short period of time.
