This was my fourth house purchase, but my first house purchase in Dallas. The entire closing process was a breeze with Barbara as she was calling me and helping me understand what I needed to have at every step of the way.After the house inspection came in, I thought it was a normal house inspection. Barbara went over the inspection like a trial lawyer, pointing out pitfalls and risks along the way. Then she negotiated an extra $3700 that the seller gave me at closing! To make things even smoother, Barbara seems to know all the best people in the industry. Whenever there was a question, Barbara would pick up the phone and get answers on everything from carpet prices to loan processing. And the best part-- she did all that work as her part of the normal sales commission. Barbara is a BUYER's agent, so she worked solely on my behalf. I highly recommend Barbara to all my friends. I will use Barbara for all my real estate needs.
