i decided to have Ben Reality sell my house after talking to him and seeing that he had previously sold 3 homes within a 2 block radius. I believe that gave him an edge on the value of the properties near me. After going online, had same day showings and received offers. An offer was accepted and closed on the house within 5 weeks. Ben would call me every week on how things were going. Very smooth closing. Everyone associated with his office was very professional and knew the business.
