I hired Bill Finigan from Long and Foster to sell a triplex rental property. He helped us buy theproperty 10+ years ago. His services went far beyond those expected. The 3 tenants tested hispatience at times, and he handled them like the seasoned professional his years and expertise haveearned him. It was a complicated transaction to finance and he allowed us to avoid making majorrepairs. I would definitely recommend Bill Finigan!

I was referred to Bill by a friend and wasn't sure what to expect. Bill was patient and happy to lead me through the process of buying a home at my own speed. As the process moved along it became apparent that Bill possessed vast knowledge of every aspect of the business and used that knowledge on my behalf to find just the house I needed. I'll add that Bill seemed have an uncanny knowledge of seemingly every neighborhood and street in the area I was looking. Bill was responsive, friendly, no pressure and a pleasure to have as my agent. Highly recommend.

Well I will like to start off by saying that when I started the process of buying a home I was ,lost , confused and clueless of where to start. I am a Veteran and I wanted to buy a home with a VA mortgage. We had a frustrating time with sellers rejecting my offers in a tight market. Bill stuck with me for months, showed me many houses and finally got me a home! It was only possible due to Bill's expertise and dedication to help me thru all the VA red tape to get to closing. My home search journey started in 12/2019, yes 3 months before the pandemic, for a single family house. These are my family's need list:4 bedroom house, 3, 000 sq ft, master bedroom with closet and bathroom, finished basement, large yard, finished deck, in a cul-de-sac , and close to work. Not an impossible list, right. Well wrong, as the pandemic turned the house market upside down. Long story short, Bill was patient with us, he showed us many homes including fixer uppers, almost fixer uppers, and complete renovated homes. But none fit our need list. It took us a year and the last house that we saw was the perfect house for my family. Bill was with us every step in the process of finding the house, explaining the home buying process, he even knew the mortgage lender from my bank which was a coincidence, he is very responsive ( I call instead of texting), very calm, and very professional. I will definitely utilize his service again and refer him to family and friends.
