We listed a house with him 'as-is' with the understanding that you get what you see. He allowed the 'buyer' to negotiate the price down by 17% - and had the seller pay the buyer's commission on top of that! He did not work in the best interest of the seller - he was only out for the buyer. Sellers - beware. CHECK all closing documents closely.

I would highly recommend Bill to anyone thinking of listing their home. I listed my home through Bill in March 2012 after an unsuccessful year of listing with another real estate company. Bill came in to the picture and we sold the house within one month. He is very knowledgeable about what the customer is looking for. Bill is a great guy. He is very informative about the area and when I moved to Hendersonville he was never too busy to answer questions like "Where is this place?" and "How do I get there".Very professional and personable. More like a friend than a realtor.

I rented a house from Bill & Karen Fitzpatrick. They were quite obstinate about fixing problems with the house. They were not honest about disclosing the condition of the house before I moved in (leaky roof, leaky plumbing, mold, etc.). I found them to be dishonest and unprofessional. I would avoid dealing with them at all costs!

I can't say enough good things about Bill Fitzpatrick! My husband and I relocated to the Hendersonville area from Northern Kentucky. Due to my husband's disabilities, we were not able to personally view homes and had to buy a house based strictly on photos, videos and such. Once we found our home we had to have modifications done to it to accommodate my husband's wheelchair. Bill measured doorways, took photos, helped with contractors, inspectors, you name it! He truly went above and beyond! Bill made what could have been an extremely stressful transition for us into an exciting and pleasurable experience. We love our new home! I honestly don't think we could have done this without him!

I starting working with Bill in late 2011 because I was relocating to Hendersonville from South Florida. Bill was the most patient, knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with. I have already recommended him to 2 other buyers/sellers in this area.Over a period of 5 months, he either personally showed me or sent me emails of at least 40 properties so that I could do drive-bys and research the locations. Bill came out to initially show us the house on a weekend day in his garden clothes, including a straw hat. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. This is the third time I've worked with Bill. The first time was when I was considering moving to Hendersonville. He showed me numerous properties and when I asked about rentals, he helped me find a place to rent. Bill handled the purchase of 503 Red Oak and was a real help with the details of getting a mortgage, answered all my many questions. The third time was the sale of 503 Red Oak. Bill helped me with some of the details of getting the property ready for sale. He also did a super job of advertising the property and held several open houses.
