Bill is the best realtor I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He was incredible in every aspect of assisting my Dad and I in selling his 40+ year old home. It is hard to believe Bill has only 5 years experience. I feel he has been selling homes...or involved in someway since he was a teenager...He is THAT GREAT! I highly, totally recommend him. Because of his talents and hard work which was above and beyond in my opinion, the home sold the 1st day it went on the market!!!!!

We recently purchased a home with Bill's help and guidance! We could not be happier with both our home and neighborhood! We were moving from out-of-state and relied heavily on Bill's local knowledge and expertise in finding a great home and schools for our family at our price point. Bill did an amazing job! He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find homes that hit all the criteria on our checklist. When we flew down to FL for showings Bill opened up his schedule to us and accommodated us in every way. This coupled with his front end work in identifying promising properties and his organization and knowledge of real estate proceedings/negotiation allowed us to go from our first showing to having an accepted offer at a fair price in a matter of days. Additionally, our relocation arrangements required we close quickly at the busiest time of year for real estate. Bill worked with and kept on our mortgage company to ensure we closed on time! Bill Smith is a extremely good realtor. He is hard working, diligent, very responsive, and is relentless in searching for the perfect property for his clients. I cannot thank him enough for the effort, expertise, and how much time he put in to help me find the perfect property.I was in the market to buy a property on the beach, and had been referred to Bill from a close friend. He is very professional, knows the markets, and is very detailed when it comes time to make an offer. Bill took a tremendous amount of time to understand my needs, and since I lived out of state, he spent a tremendous amount of time sourcing and visiting properties that may suit me. Once we spent time together, and he got a sense for what my likes were, he was able to narrow down the target homes and I was completely comfortable with what he had selected to show me when I was in town to visit properties. He was so good in fact, the property I selected was one he found after my initial visit, and I made initial offers sight unseen based on his feedback (well, except his detailed videos he sent to me). In working the purchase offer process, Bill was highly detailed, thorough, and in the end got me the property at the price I wanted. Anyhow, I was thoroughly impressed and love where I live now, thanks to Bill. You will be glad if you choose to work with Bill, he is a pleasure to work with and he is a great person as well.

Bill was very informative about the complex process of buying a home. He told us all the steps we had to take and made sure they were done on time and in the correct way. He put in the effort to ensure we found a home we liked. He went as far as showing us other homes even after we put a bid in. He also made sure the home inspection was performed in a timely manner and was present to make sure everything went smoothly so that we didn't need to take time off work. He quickly got back to us when we asked a question, even into late evening hours. He offered great advice when it came to negotiations after the home inspection was performed. He is very personable and helped me feel secure when making important decisions about the most important purchase of our lives. Overall Bill Smith was a great realtor for us and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We just completed both the sale of our home and purchase of a new home with Bill’s help. Our home was under contract in 3 days, selling above asking price and we are currently settling into our new home. Bill was patient as we decided what we wanted in a house and then worked diligently to find us the exact home and location that we had chosen. He's patient in that he'll show you as many homes as you like and he's careful to ensure they check most, if not all of your boxes. Bill is very friendly and is highly responsive.
