I have been involved in local real estate markets since 1973 as a homeowner, General Contractor and N.A.S.D. Registered Representative. In 1966 I was a sworn Peace Officer with the Sacramento Police Department and after eight years left the department to pursue my General Contracting, building franchise restaurants in six Western States. As a hard working Realtor I have extensive experience in sales, marketing, customer service, management and problem resolution and as a "Top Producer" my first year in business I specialized in government repo's. As a recognized Realtor, Community Leader and native of Sacramento I strive to provide knowledgeable and professional service from the first phone call, email or contact to close of escrow and handing the keys to the new owners.

I am a lifelong resident of West Sacramento attending James Marshall H.S., Sacramento City College, and C.S.U.S.. Enjoy traveling, golf, spectator sports, and especially time with my family and friends. I have been involved with charitable organizations, veteran’s issues, community action committees and strive to help others less fortunate.
