Bobbi is and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’d recommend her to anyone! She’s very personable, professional and knowledgeable! It’s very hard to find someone 1/2 as good as Bobbi - she’s always available when you have questions, making the process so much easier.

I can’t sing enough praises about Bobbi. Bobbi was absolutely exceptional from the beginning – she has a high level of integrity and I trust her dearly. A year ago, I remember calling Bobbi and asking her if she thought it was a good time to sell – gave her my situation – and she was incredibly transparent about what her thoughts were. I am so glad I listened, because I leased the property for one year and it opened the opportunity for an excellent experience this year. I rang her back this year, as a worry wart that I am, and she gave me the upmost confidence that this was an excellent time to list and that I should opportunize on the market- boy was she right!!Without skipping a beat, Bobbi went to work, got phenomenal pictures (I mean, absolute glamour shots that were spruced up and truly brought out the best in the property) – and had the home listed within a couple of days of me handing her the keys. With me being out of state, I really had to lean on her. She never let me down. After listing, I had an overwhelming number of showings and ended up getting multiple offers – eventually accepting a sale over my list price. To put into perspective: A year ago, when I was looking to sell, I was trying to get about $60,000 less. Because of Bobbi’s honesty, her professional experience, and commitment, I had a phenomenal experience all the way around. It was fiscally beneficial, and as close to stress-free as it can get. She kept an open line of communication, so I never had to worry.Bobbi is a top-star realtor, who is ethical, communicative, supportive, and is someone I am proud to recommend.

Bobbi set out time to obtain knowledge of the area to obtain the best listing price for our home to sell. We ended selling for full listing price and contributed closing cost. Our experience was extremely frustrating due to circumstances that took place, however, Bobbi was with us every step of the way! In buying a home, we had similar frustrating instances in which Bobbi guided as through the entire process and provided suggestions our lender and others had not recommended; therefore, allowing us to buy a home at this time! She was available consistently, very prompt and willing to house hunt whenever her schedule could accommodate, however, we were a priority at all times! We would highly recommend her for buying and selling!

I moved out of state and on my way out of town, listed my home with Bobbi. She was absolutely amazing...keeping in constant contact with me so I never had to wonder what was going on/how things were going. I was blessed to have multiple offers and she was great with advice, letting me have the final decision, but with her experience, she gave me really good guidance. She continued her communication throughout the entire process so I never felt like I was out of state or out of sync. I HIGHLY recommend Bobbi. She is professional, honest and fun to work with. Bobbi was professional and friendly through the entire process! We were coming in from out of state, truly knew nothing about the area we needed to move to for relocation. While Bobbi was more familiar with other surrounding areas, she really did homework to find us the best fits possible! She really listened to our wants and needs. Bobbi explained every step along the way. My husband had purchased before, but it was a first for me. She was always quick to respond and let us know on days she would be unreachable. She really helped us negotiate prices and conditions, even letting us know when we were being too aggressive or not enough. Even in this crazy seller's market, we're in our dream home! She is AMAZING! She is in your corner 100%. Not pushy or overwhelming. EXTREMELY knowledgeable and treats her clients like life long friends. HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone looking for a home and especially for anyone finding their first home. She was with me every step of the way throughout the purchase of my first home at 22 years old and made the process much less scary and overwhelming. She is the BEST.
