Carol has been so helpful during our process with buying a home. She is knowledgable, patient and very easy to work with. In a seller's market we had challenges finding a home that we love within our budget but Carol was great with negotiating with the sellers to accept our offer. We couldn't of been able to purchase our first dream home without her.

Carol was amazing in our quest to buy a house. Despite the fact that we were very picky in a relatively hard market for buyers, she helped us pick our perfect home and was awesome every step along the way! At first I listed my home for sale by owner. It took maybe a week to realize I was in over my head. Several agents proposed to list my home, including Carol. I reviewed their experience, licensing and reviews online. Carol quickly rose to the top as the most qualified. When we met at my condo, she spent three hours going over every detail of my property; we discussed the condo community and my neighbors; she was curious about me and my time living here; and she explained her selling process, marketing, contracting and the business side of everything most thoroughly. This was clear: she was not just trying to add another listing to her sales portfolio. She was committed to the sale of my condo. From the date of listing agreement, Carol promoted my property with multiple viewings and an open house. Her advice on staging my home for viewings showed an appreciation for my specific condo; she understood MY property and how to highlight its qualities. We signed a sales agreement 11 days after. Carol promoted her marketing skills to me throughout the process. And while I now know she was true to her promises, what I found to be her greatest strength was in her ability to negotiate the sale with the buyer's family and agent. I have known Carol Arya for several years and when I approached her to help me find a home to rent she asked me if I ever thought of buying instead of renting. When she educated me on the benefits of buying she introduced me to a great loan officer the made my dream of home ownership into a reality. The first house she showed me ended up being the home I put an offer in. There were other people interested in the house but Carol was great at getting my offer accepted. She also helped me get the house for less than what it was listed for and a seller concession to help buy a new A/C! Carol made the home buying process effortless. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My experience with Carol Arya was absolutely amazing! Before she took the listing to sell our home she took the time to give us a market analysis of what our home was worth and what we would net after our expenses. In addition, she coached us on what needed to be done to our home for it to sell fast for the most money. We listened to her and ended up with multiple offers. We were under contract within 6 days of her putting our home in the MLS. If you want someone who is an experienced professional that is great to work with look no further!
