I cannot speak highly enough of "Aunt Carol" (as per our children), whom we feel treated us just as she would her own children. We were in the fortunate situation of not needing a new home but just looking for something that would fit our family better. We found a home remarkably fast, considering we had no time frame and were very particular. Carol was always available to answer questions via phone or meet up at a house. She was incredibly responsive with emails and phone calls--almost inhumanly quick responses! When problems arose with listing agents/sellers, she was very firm in negotiating their need to correct mistakes. Carol was ALWAYS on our side, keeping us to our goals and away from fishy situations.

And we found this house, only with Carol's persistent attempts to show it to us. She had shown it years ago to another client and thought it would fit our needs. But I had marked it off the list several times because it didn't meet certain criteria. I'm sure glad she kept insisting on showing us this house--we ended up buying it, not without a few hiccups, of course.

Before inspection, Carol pointed out numerous issues with the house along with "mistakes" on the official listing. She spent many hours persuading the listing agent to correct, or at least pay up at closing. Carol did much of the negotiations before consulting with us, saving us a lot of headaches!

We have contacted Carol with questions several times since moving/settling into our new home (which we are happier with as time goes by), and she is just as responsive and helpful now as she was when we were actively house-hunting.

Carol Czarkowski is simply the best: warm, sincere, loyal, and very knowledgeable. Thanks, "Aunt Carol"!!

Carol is the best real estate agent that I've ever known and worked with. She truely has a passion for helping people. Her professionalism and expertise is masterful and her integrity is impeccable. She is very responsive to your needs and makes herself available at ridiculous times. She is extremely patient and a master at research to provide information about resources to fit her client's unique needs. During my process her concern, patience, guidance and integrity made me feel like at times I was with my mother, sister or best friend. There is no one else I would recommend as a real estate agent, and more than an agent, I found her to be one of the best people that I've ever met.
