A large enclosed shopping mall having several national and regional retails stores acting as anchor tenants. The enclosed floor area of regional shopping centers ranges between 250,000 and 1,000,000 sq. ft. and are located in urbanized areas having a population of at least 250,000 people. They have a very large parking area.
