Carol helped my in-laws buy this house many years ago, and my wife grew up knowing only one home. Throughout the years, Carol has been a fixture in the Glenside Gardens neighborhood (I've known the name Carol Mallen for over a decade), and yesterday she helped us buy that VERY SAME house and helped our parents move into their new dream house. Our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts, I'm so excited that our little ones will have the chance to grow up in this great home and neighborhood.

Carol has always been the person I knew I'd turn to when the day came for us to sell Dad's home. She took the time to listen to any concerns we had, and answered all questions honestly and with sound advice. Dad's home was in need of updates. She showed us all the comparables for the area and guided us toward a price that allowed us to sell rather quickly. Carol held a couple of open houses and a family saw all the potential this house offers as a spacious home, located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, transportation and schools. I highly recommend Carol Mallen if you are considering selling your home.

I would stay away from this person. Boasting expertise and knowledge of the process, area, inventory and the market, proves next to nothing when it comes to her putting that knowledge to her client's use. I have a very disappointing experience with her, while she proved to me that she does not know how to retain a client, doesn't listen and address concerns, but has only one goal - get more money in the shortest possible time.

I have worked with Carol a few times and she is always helpful and responsive. She is accessible for quick questions or details reviews. We took her advise on some helpful inspectors, and repairmen as well. She makes the process easy, and her office staff was also very helpful at settlement.

Carol could not have beenMore helpful or easy to work with. She is highly experienced being in the business for past 40 years and knows the area as well as neighbors and has a strong network of vendors. She is a wealth of information when moving. She is very responsive and pleasant and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of moving especially in E. Montgomery County area.

Carol was more than just a realtor to us, she became part of the family! She helped us find and buy the right house and location when we were looking to buy. When it came time to sell the home, she was there to find the right buyer and get us the best deal. She was always looking out for what was in our best interest. Carol Mallen and her team at ReMax allowed us to successfully find, negotiate, and purchase the house of our dreams, and then subsequently sell our first house (sold in under one week!). Carol was just phenomenal, bringing a wealth of knowledge and network of contacts that put us at ease throughout the entire process. It took us some time to find the "right" house and Carol and her assistant Sam helped us in narrowing our search and eliminating homes that would not be right for our family. At one point we thought we found a perfect house which was beautiful but located near a busy road, and then they suggested we visit the house during a peak commute time before moving forward with an offer. After doing so we realized we would have felt unsafe in that house (particularly with our young kids) and we were so grateful for their advice! They earned our trust and never failed. After we eventually found the perfect house and entered into settlement, we encountered a roadblock related to the state of the property we were buying on closing day as the seller left a number of items in the garage and was neither local nor accessible at closing. The seller's agent was surprisingly passive in response to the issue, yet Carol quickly took action and was able to have the items removed from the garage and taken to the seller's new address. Beyond her expertise and professionalism, Carol was a calming and supportive presence for us during the chaos of the sale and purchase of our homes. She routinely checked on our family throughout the process, and although we are SO happy to have this process behind us now, we will truly miss working with Carol and her team!
