You hear a lot of people talking about "the crazy real estate market" and how difficult buying a home is in 2022. We experienced none of that while working with Cass. She helped us find a home that was within our budget, VA approved, and more shockingly, under asking price with no competitive games. She put in the time to investigate a potential HVAC issue and determine that it was nothing to be concerned about. Offer to closing was under a month. She communicated quickly(a big deal to us) and had thorough knowledge of condo buildings in the Atlanta area. I was so grateful to have someone with Cass' knowledge and experience on our side. Our buying experience was fast and stress free.

I have worked with Cass 3 times twice as a buyer and once as a seller. Cass is incredibly knowledgeable and has a gift for offering insight while genuinely listening to her client's wants and needs. Last year Cass was my agent when selling by property in Chamblee. The timing was very tricky as I was moving out of state for a job. Cass assisted in every step of the way. Our home was on the market in less than two weeks after I contacted her and was sold with in days of being put on the market with multiple offers. Cass is a true professional and has the needs of her clients at heart. I wish I had Cass do the staging when we bought the home (yes, Cass was our agent then as well) because it never looked better than it did when she assisted us with the staging to sell. We had a very tight timeline to get our house sold. Cass brought in an incredible photographer for our listing photos which were absolutely beautiful but also highlighted all of the wonderful things about our home without any of the misleading filters and distortions you see with so many online listings. At closing the buyers commented that ours was the only house they had seen in the year they were looking that looked as good at the viewing as it did on the listing. Cass's attention to detail, integrity and true commitment to the best interests of her clients are unparalleled and I have come to think of Cass not only as an incredible real estate agent, but also as an incredible person and friend.

Cass was great for selling my first property. She made it easy and was very helpful throughout the process as I had moved out of state prior to closing and she took care of the buyer’s concerns with a contractor.

Cass was the consummate professional. Her impressive knowledge of the real estate business, acquired through years of experience and professional success, was invaluable. She had a network of colleagues and friends available to share specialized expertise when unusual questions arose. Her personality is warm and sincere, but she was firm when she needed to be to protect our interests. She went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions and kept us constantly informed and updated throughout the process of selling our property. We cannot imagine working with a better agent.

Cass knows really great people for mortgages, inspections***, other realtors with the histories on available properties, all information about trends in various areas down to what commutes will be like and if there are plans for construction in the area - She knew that a house we were looking at that was near the small airport in east Atlanta which was only supposed to have flights before 10PM was actually having flights much later and that the sound was an issue for some of the other owners in that area - we never would have known that. It is those kind of little gems of knowledge that make all the difference. She knows and loves this area and I would give her 10 stars if I could. I've bought a lot of property over the years and Cass far surpasses any of the very good agents I've worked with previously!

Cass went above and beyond to make our first home buying experience memorable and seamless. She has extensive knowledge of the metro Atlanta area and really worked to get us what we were looking for in a home. She was there for advice and helped us make educated decisions. Highly recommended!
