In his spare time, you will find him running at Memorial Park or the Tanglewood Blvd path. He is also an avid cyclist, hiker, yogi and traveler. Ces has also published two books – Pill Pushers and recently Gumbo for the Tiger Soul.

Ces is awesome!! We spent countless hours looking at homes... yet he was always eager to show us!! Great attitude! Had an associate at the ready, if he was unavailable, for whatever reason. Really appreciated all his efforts, made it so easy on us. Highly recommend him... did a great job for us!!

Before writing any review, It is necessary to understand my situation:- [ ] 1- I didn’t have any experience in buying any property in the US and I wasn’t familiar with rules and regulations. - [ ] 2- I had at most two weeks to choose and buy a property. - [ ] 3- I had limited amount of money. - [ ] 4- The property had to be safe, clean, quiet, and located in beautiful area, close to large stores and good restaurants. - [ ] I found 15 apartments through internet and sent five messages to five real estate agents. I received only one response who was from Mr. Ces Guerra. He started to work in all of them and provided useful information and meanwhile he made necessary appointments to visit some of them. With the help of Ces, we chose the best option which covered all our needs regarding our limited time and money. - [ ] Ces is an expert, trustworthy and informative real estate agent. Ces and his team are fantastic. He's guided us through both a home buying and home selling experience, and was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about both the areas we were looking to buy and the processes around financing, closing, etc. He negotiated on our behalf, both as buyers and sellers, to get the best possible outcome for our situation. He really listens first, and then offers advice based on his breadth of experience to get the deal to close. He's thoughtful and professional, and is a fierce and deliberate negotiator when the time necessitates it!
