Charlie Helped us buy our first home just this week; we'd started looking sometime January of this year. It was a long process because we wanted to make sure it's both of what we wanted and Charlie stuck by us the whole way. He was always present when needed; and we've seen a lot, a lot and a lot of houses, almost pulling the trigger a few times but finally decided it wasn't for us; then finally settled with a great new build. It was a great pleasure working with him and thanks to his patience, presence and knowledge; we were able to get the house of our dreams. Thanks Pal! See you at the house warming!

I was interested in buy a house and i try many people and nobody what to help because my credit score was low but i found charlei and he promes to me to work out with me he all ways call and ask and send me lender's and we try with the first one and it dont work and we try with the second one and we close in record time and he all ways call to see if everything was ok he was very professional i recommend him 100%

Charlie is very personable and had our growing family's interest in heart from the moment we met. Not only did he refer us to a great mortgage broker, but he is very responsive in his communication. My husband and I did have a challenge finding a home in the particular condition we desired. Charlie worked with us and showed us many homes before we ultimately found that having our home build was the best option for us. We found his patience and support was above and beyond what we had experienced with any other individual in this field. If you have the option to work with Charlie, you MUST DO SO!! You will be amazed!

Charlie is great. He treats you like family, willing and knowledgeable, everything possible that you would want in a home, he will go above and beyond to find. Very patient, allowing you the time to see places and make a decision. And then helping you with the process, be you a new buyer or someone with experience.

How can I describe Charlie without calling him an Angel. He was so understanding and had so many patience with us. We were living in Miami and could only travel to Kissimmee, FL a few weeks in the month. We told Charlie exactly what we needed which was a house with a lot of land, 3 to 4 bedrooms and spacious. He took the time to research what we wanted and would send it to us via email followed up by many phone calls. At all points of the day we felt like if he was working just for us. When we could come to Kissimmee to see the houses, he had a full schedule for us. So it didn't feel like if we were wasting a trip. In a short period of time he told us come to Kissimmee, He said "I found exactly what you need." When we walked into the house it was everything and more of what we wanted. Happy to say we purchased our home in August of 2016 and you would think that his job was done. Little did we know that Charlie would become our part of our family. Still until this day he still comes by the house and still helps us. He has made our move to Kissimmee so easy. Angel is all I can say that God sent us when he put Charlie into our lives. I would recommend him with our eyes closed to anyone. Thank you Charlie for everything you have done for us.

Charlie helped me, my brother, and his friend purchase 2 rental homes and a home for our friend.Charlie was a pleasure to work with. Unlike other realtors, he did not pressure us to make a purchase after showing us a limited number of homes. We worked with Charlie for months before finding the perfect property for us. He was available day or night to answer any questions we had regarding the closing and the process. He replied to my texts at 11:30pm!
