We worked with Claudia to purchase our first home. Her professionalism, confidence, and knowledge made the experience extremely positive. She expertly advocated for us, resulting in a significantly lower purchase price and a faster closing. I can not recommend Claudia high enough, From the 1st time I called her she has made me feel like I was taken care of . She knows the area and most other realtors and helps you find the home that is best for you and not a sale for her. I have worked with a lot of realtors and she is by far the best. I felt like she was there for me even when I was really stressed I e-mailed her at mid-night and she e-mailed me back. Claudia is a smart caring person who is very good at her job and will not give up on you and that is why I consider her my friend as well.

Claudia has been most helpful in bringing clients to our condo...it was occupied by a family member and she was careful to call ahead to be sure it was convenient to show the property, not always easy when the occupant is a working man. Couldn't ask for a more caring and responsible realtor.

You will not find a better team out there than Claudia and Anne. I worked primarily with Claudia. She was the best. She really knows the business, responds back to every phone call and every email very quickly, usually within minutes. She guided me through the process of purchasing a home from the auction website HUZBU. Since the house was bank owned I would have been lost without her expert assistance and knowledge of foreclosure purchases. Claudia was constantly in contact with the bank and the settlement company to protect my interests and insure that the sale was seamless and painless. I would recommend Claudia and Anne if you are looking to purchase a property in Florida or sell a property in Florida. Claudia Tracy is the real deal. I met her when looking at a house she was showing and she was so honest and open with us we stuck with her thoughout the hunt for a home. Unfortunatly we got involved with a bank that really messed us up as well as a lawyer that really shouldnt be practicing. Claudia never gave up. She connected us with her people and they were incredible. The process was very quick and easy. Claudia really knows her stuff including the things my lawyer should have been doing. Dont let her kind and soft personality fool you, she's a tiger in the business and will fight for you tooth and nail. I've not only gained a top notch agent I've gained a friend.
