Just bought a vacation home with Debbie as my buyer agent. She was truly a joy to work with. My primary business is operating commercial real estate, so I've worked with a lot of brokers. Debbie made the whole process pleasant from beginning to end. She cared, she worked hard, and made a positive impact with the seller to help us negotiate a better price. I also appreciated her flexibility when I wanted to take a non-traditional approach to the negotiation. We were lucky to randomly find Debbie through a listing on her web site (though it wasn't the house we bought with her). Debbie was a great help in showing us the different areas of Harbor Country and then providing attorney and lender recommendations. She maintained her high energy through a long day of looking at houses and brought along snacks to keep all of us going! I would absolutely recommend Debbie and would use her again.
