Deborah helped us with an extremely difficult short sell. She was fast to any responses and negotiations. She worked wonderfully with our Lender, the previous owners and their bank. I am happy to say she helped us through the entire process to find, buy, and move into our dream home.

she showed me a house but we did not buy it. If I look for a house again in her area I will contact her. She was helpful about the location value of the house and she was very respectful of my concerns about the house . I found her very professional and very interested in my concerns as to the up-grades I felt were needed.

Deborah has helped us sell our home, and buy our new home which closes soon. She has been great to work with. Has always been quick to answer her phone or return calls. She gets our questions answered. I will also say I had made 2 other calls to agents before Debbie when we thought of listing, but no one was willing to take on the challenge. I say challenge because our home had more than most around us including a custom built pool with all the bells and whistles, but because other houses in the area didn't sell for what we needed to sell it was easy for agents to say no. Not only did she sell our house in the down market, but we made some money to boot! Her office staff is fantastic also.

Would not recommend. We trusted her with the purchase of our new home and were very disappointed. We asked many times if the sellers move out was going as planned and was told yes...we found ourselves to be very disappointed on closing day and our move has been more the challenging to say the least. Buying a new family home is such an amazing and exciting time and this has made things more challenging then they needed to be. I wish I had someone who was better informed and on top of things on my side.

Deborah was wonderful, she was always there via phone, email or text anytime we needed her day or night. Deborah did all the worrying for us and made our buying experience a pleasant one. Next time I or someone I know buys or sells a home I am going to recommend they call Deborah Roy first !!!

I highly recommend Debbie. She is an amazing realtor and helped us to sell a property that had many obstacles. Her tenacity and willingness to stick with the property (even though it took 2 years!!) show her true character and that she is a hardworker. I would recommend Debbie to anyone that was looking to buy or sell!

We put our house for sale with Debbie Roy in July 2012 after interviewing her when we were visiting our property from the UK. She was quite sociable but recommended we list it for one year even when we told her we had back to back rental bookings for roughly six months of that time. We were assured by her that the renters would never be disturbed. Unfortunately this became a stumbling block, as her office kept phoning our Management Lady and asking to view always when a renter was in the house. We were very disappointed with her advertising sites she listed it on. When we checked her advert it had a number of errors, some which when pointed out were corrected but the worse one stating it was on a pond. This must have put a lot of buyers off. It was completely untrue anyway. The property was located next to a retention area which for the first time in 17 years when she visited had quite a lot of water in it because there had been a bad tropical storm. Another complaint which would be unheard of in the UK Realtor Business was she did not contact us at all from July until January 2013 to let us know how things were progressing re the sale. Therefore would not recommend her to anyone to sell their property.

My wife and I were looking at a piece of land in Venice, Florida. Even though it was a long way from New Port Richey, Deborah was very accommodating and helpful. We were in Massachusetts and she guided us through the negotiation, closing and purchase with ease. I highly recommend Deborah Roy for any real estate transaction.
