We just purchased a new home thanks to the help of Debra! We we're in the middle of selling a home and relocating about an hour away, Debra was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We we're on strict time restraints due to crazy work schedules and she was always available to show us a house or answer any questions we had. Debra also helped us negotiate and get a great deal on our mortgage. She also offered us some great insights and tips to selling our house even though she was not the listing agent on out home. Thank you so much Debra, you have been the most professional and fun realtor we have ever worked with!

Not only did she find us a wonderful home but after the sale was completed she still continued to make such everything was fixed and taken care of. She is a wonderful and fun woman who did more for us then just get the job done. I would recommend her to anyone that wants an honest hard working agent.

Debra Fuxan is one of the finest realtors I've ever worked with. She is etremely professional, enthusiastic,energetic and yet is able to balance that with compassion and a refreshing personality that puts you at ease. I had one of the most difficult realastate transactions the title company had ever seen. Debbie worked with us to get our dream home. It took us a while to finalize the purchase due to family emergency, but Debbie was patient with us. She also assisted in getting our old home rented out and that was a huge help.

Debra is amazing to work with! If you are moving to Florida/ Tampa area, any you do not know the area, this is your realtor!! We relocated from Texas to the area. After our first meeting with Debra, our exact comment was "wow! Now that is a realtor that noes her stuff!"

If you are looking to purchase a home, have been turned down by lenders in the past, have student debt, and other situations, this is the person to call.
