Drew was Excellent to work with when looking for property's and selling them. Somethings I liked about Drew right away was, I always felt he was giving me his honest opinion. He was always on time and ready to move quickly when looking at homes. He has Tons of knowledge on the Local market and was willing to share that with me when looking to purchase rental properties. The last home I sold with Drew, I feel he did an Excellent job marketing and pricing the home also giving me some tips on things, I should do to make the home more appealing to the buyers. I met Drew a few months ago to look at a potential investment property. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to apply some of his personal first had experience on the areas rental market. A few other things that I really appreciated. He was very open to the time I could view the property, I never felt rushed when viewing, He pointed out the Pros and Cons of the property. I was nervous about purchasing my first home! After being recommended by a friend, Drew Presto was able to make the experience very easy and efficient. I knew nothing at all about mortgaging, but he took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand. At no point did I ever really feel like he was someone I'd hired, but rather a friend helping me through the process. He worked around the my time constraints which I'm sure were a pain for him, but he never made me feel like I was burdening him.Buying a house was a very big deal for me, and Drew made it almost enjoyable! I recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

He helped me sell my first tax auction property in a matter of weeks at a fantastic. I have done 2 more properties with him. He is very professional, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him highly.

Drew is amazing. He sold our house via a land contract. The land contract option was something my others realtors did not mention as an option. Drew is very responsive any time of the day. He is very patient and willing to go the extra mile to make the sell/move easier on you. I always have a ton of questions and he was willing to answer or research each one. Drew is highly recommended.

It took almost 6 weeks, 5 emails, and 3 phone calls, to get a response about scheduling a showing. When we arrived at the home, he had no knowledge of the property, how to enter the property, or what the landlord was willing to reduce the price of the home to.We were told the only issue with the home was pet odors, however the kitchen ceiling was half gone, all carpeting torn out with track strips left, and all but 1 room of the house needed refurbishing. Drew never followed up with us after our showing to discuss the home, price, or questions.
