Licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C., I have been serving the community in real estate with integrity since 1991. With my Architectural background (B-Arch - Univ. of Tenn., 1986) , marketing and negotiating skills, I am well-positioned to serve all your real estate needs with professional distinction. Among numerous certificates received over the last two decades, are At-home with Diversity (AHWD), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified 2 Excellence (C2EX), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS). As a Maryland resident since 1986 and currently living in Silver Spring, Maryland with wife and three of our four children, my familiarity with the pros and cons of many neighborhoods in and around Silver Spring is invaluable to many of my clients particularly my international clients. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, playing tennis, basketball and soccer with my family and close friends. Off duty from selling homes and playing sports, I like to read, travel and watch Washington Commanders Football, Baltimore Ravens Football, D.C. United Soccer, Washington Wizards Basketball and Washington Mystics Basketball.
