There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Chantilly real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I know so many real estate agents but none compare to Ferris. He helped me find a house, for my brother and I, in just one month and we were being extremely picky about every single detail of every house we were shown. Patience and understanding were just a few of his noteable characteristics as we powered through house after house until eventually finding a beautiful townhouse in the most ideal location. We got everything we asked for and a wonderful experience. Even after we bought the house he Ferris continued to help us with things we weren’t even aware of and reminders of things to come. The experience that I had with Mr. Eways was excellent. Beginning with our initial meeting he was helpful with suggesting updates that would increase the price of my home, assisting with finding contractors and in marketing and selling my home. He does his homework and knows the community in which he has properties. The contractors he recommended did beautiful work. The marketing of my home was outstanding. Mr Eways held two (2) open houses that generated a great deal of traffic and interest in the property. The house sold in sixteen (16) days for top dollar. I would highly recommend Mr. Eways to anyone looking to sell a home.

Ferris was very easy to work with as a first time buyer. Each step in the process was easily communicated by the most convenient way to me (depending on time of day and content- call, text or email). He was able to give point of contacts for many needed services outside of his company such as home inspection, mortgage approval etc. He is very knowledgeable of the Virginia area which really helped someone from Maryland. Ferris looked at townhomes and condos from Arlington to Centreville- even keeping HOAs in mind. He's great to work with, highly recommend!

Ferris worked with us to sell our old house and buy a new one. The old house sold quickly, and he made it very easy for us to handle the paperwork. It took time to find the new house, and Ferris was both patient and helpful as we visited possible properties for several months. When we did find the right house, he guided us through some complex negotiations that saved a considerable amount of money. We recommend him very highly. He is a skilled professional who knows the market, cares about his customers, and is very easy to work with.

Ferris did an excellent job guiding us through the process of buying a home In Northern Virginia. He actively sent us new listings each week and took us to see multiple properties during a several month period until we finally found the right one. He was aggressive during the negotiation process and treated our money like his money. He was also tactful in his approach to successfully close the deal when the sellers and ourselves seemed too far apart to reach an agreement at times.
