Gail's solid expertise and easy-going demeanor has made this process, which is a new experience for me, an enjoyable venture. She leads the way effortlessly and executes her game plan like the professional she is. It seems that nothing phases her and there is nothing she can't handle which really relieves a lot of stress for me. Gail helped us sell my mother's condo and was a pleasure to work with. We had a challenging potential buyer who ended up purchasing the condo, and she was fantastic dealing with the other real estate agent and her client while navigating the issues that came up--and there were several! Gail actively marketed my home for listing price and was able to obtain contract agreement within 60 days; which exceeded my expectations. Listing price was reduced from the initial asking price after thirty days, and interest quickly picked up.

I have done business with Gail for over 5 years. You will not find a realtor anywhere that can come close to Gail. She is accessible, promptly returns calls, has a tremendous knowledge of the market, very personable and if you need local tradesmen she knows top notch people who do the job right the first time. Gail found a tenant for our property, looked after the property while it was rented and then sold the house in less than a week for an excellent price. As far as my wife and I are concerned Gail is part of the family.
