My family and I relocated from Southern California to Phoenix and we’re fortunate to find Gary. We met with 3 different realtors during our first visit to Phoenix, but felt Gary was the most responsive and trustworthy person we met. Even though we were only renting, he made us feel like we were his most important client. He made himself available to show properties when we were in town and looked just as hard when we were back in California; taking pictures, shooting video or FaceTime to get us a feel for what the houses were like. He was responsive to text and emails and supported us from finding the listing to completing the lease walkthrough. His knowledge of the areas and schools was good (we have 3 children in grammar school). His knowledge of the homes and what to look out for helped us find the exact home we wanted and within budget. He even checked the property to make sure everything was working properly or asked it to be fixed, and checked Into to our landlord to make sure we would not have issues during our rental agreement. I highly recommend Gary and will be using him in the future when we look to buy a home.

Gary was instrumental in getting me top dollar for my home. We tried selling in April 2020 when I had problem tenants (they would not allow any access to the property) the patience and professionalism shown by Gary was amazing. He really helped with the stress and dealing with the situation. He went above and beyond in my humble opinion. In the end, after the tenants lease was up(Dec 2020) we had a full price offer 1.5 days on the market. Thanks Gary!!

Gary has helped me tremendously with finding a rental. He also helped me negotiate a price, For example, the rental stated there was a washer and dryer but when we looked at the house, there was none. Gary suggested we ask the owner to lower the price of the rent, which the owner did. Gary is a person that works for YOU.

placed a note on a empty unit in my condo complex asking if it were for rent. Gary contacted me and informed me that the unit was sold and not for rent. About two weeks later he called me about a nice unit that was available. I ended up renting it and Gary was on top of the entire process making it a simple.

Gary is an amazing person and a great realtor. Gary was very patient in the home buying process. He is very knowledgeable and explained the home buying process patiently. He was always available to schedule a viewing. Once we see a home, he showed me the good things and not so good thing in that home. Since AZ has a tough fast moving real estate market, having Gary by your side is extremely helpful. We would have seen atleast 30-40 homes, before I got my new home.
