James Namvar is a real estate professional living and working in the Vero Beach area of the Treasure Coast in SE Florida. James brings a wealth of experience to each and every client interaction he is blessed to have the opportunity to work in. James grew up on the Treasure Coast having moved to St. Lucie County from New York with his family when he was ten years old. James attended local schools and graduated from Lincoln Park Academy in 1994. James attended the then Indian River Community College (now Indian River State College) before heading off to the University of Florida.
At UF, James earned a B.S. in Sports Management and Marketing. James worked in the sports and fitness industry for several years in management and marketing before deciding to attend graduate school at the University of Central Florida. At UCF, James earned a M.S. in Physical Therapy and continued on in doctoral studies in Public Affairs. Once James and his wife, Christina, decided to start a fami ly, he moved his family back to the Treasure Coast where he began a career in real estate. James brings his professional training, business and marketing experience and his passion for honest, hard-working values to his real estate career. James has quickly become a top producer at his firm and a leader among his peers. He provides new agent training and mentors new agents entering the real estate profession. He has consistently been a top Realtor in his firm and one of the top realtors in his entire company.

Hands down the hardest working Realtor I've found. We were looking for a very unique type of house, and he got us in the PERFECT house for us. I honestly don't have ANY reservations recommending him as a buying or selling agent. When we needed info, he had it. If I was worried about some part of the process, I would call him up and find that he had already been working it. He even negotiated down what seemed like an impossibly high asking price so we could buy with certainty that we were getting the right deal.

Simply the Best! Words truly cannot explain how delighted we are with James Namvar as our realtor. The sale of our home was a difficult process due to circumstances outside of James' control. Despite the circumstances, his knowledge and dedication brought results. James helped us out on our search for a home moving from the Nashville area to Sebastian. We did our own research on the internet with Zillow and contacted James about one of his listings. He guided us through the whole process all the while we were in TN! He even went over and above after the purchase and helped us out on another matter on his own free will. Would highly recommend him.

James was fantastic in helping us sell our home. An open house was held every weekend until it sold. He did quite a bit of research into comparable properties, due to our home being a bit of an oddball. He gave great advice on things to do to improve our chances of a sale. Great photos were taken, and the advertisements were quite impressive. James worked his butt off for a couple months to get us multiple offers. James handled everything very professionally, and we couldn't have asked for better representation. We are very pleased with all aspects of the sale.
