Jay Boxberger and his Executive Assistant Jenifer Draper are the most amazing real estate professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. From our very first meeting to the closing, Jay’s knowledge of the local real estate market and his expertise were exceptional. Jay arrived at our first appointment prepared with a brochure of the current market information on my house and comparable properties. At that first meeting, Jay took pictures of my house for the listing. The next morning the listing and the pictures were posted on Zillow. Also, a stack of beautiful quality brochures were left at my house for prospective buyers to take after viewing my home. Jay was always responsive and returned my calls the same day or Jennifer would call to see if she could help. If any issues arose throughout the process, Jay or Jennifer quickly addressed the issue and kept me informed on the progress until the issue was satisfactorily resolved. When I needed anything from a company or contractor, Jay knew someone to recommend. He would give me their contact information or contact them himself. Everyone Jay recommended did excellent work at a very reasonable price. Twenty two days after putting my house on the market we received two offers. The offer I accepted netted me 50% more than I ever thought I would receive for my house. Jay and Jennifer are incredible and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jay got our home in contract in under 3 weeks. He and his assistant Jennifer are very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and process, and set us at ease. I am very impressed by the marketing tools used. Very little was required of us. Jay took care of it all. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jay again should we buy or sell in the area again.
