About Jennifer Drake

Marco Island is a true gem of the Gulf coast and is a small, close knit community. I have been selling the Marco Island lifestyle since 2003 and take pride in building strong relationships and friendships with my customers. Whether you are looking for a home or condo, primary residence, vacation home or investment property, let my expertise and dedication to my customers do the work for you. Consistently a multi-million dollar producer and a dual Board member to both Marco Island and Naples associations, you can depend on me for professional service and attentive response to your needs and inquiries. Buying or selling real estate is one of the largest financial decisions you will make. There are all sorts of considerations to making the right decision on the right property at the right time. Do you need to purchase a home or representation of your existing home for sale? The most important factor is an experienced, professional Realtor®. Don't settle in your choice of who guides you through these steps. Allow me to be your Concierge Realtor. Before, During and long After the sale, I am here for you. Plus, I'm a lot of fun to look at houses with! Originally from Connecticut and having lived on Cape Cod and in Southern New Hampshire, I've always enjoyed being outside, but was never a fan of the cold. In 1998 I made the move to the warmer climes of South Florida. I grew up riding horses, mainly hunter/jumpers, but I also really enjoy many of the activities that make this area so desirable. I'm an avid golfer and always welcome the chance to chat about the various courses and clubs around town. If you're new to our waterways, I can let you in on the wonders of boating the Gulf and 10,000 Islands. Between Marco Island and Naples, there is so much great dining, shopping, beaches events and activities, we could talk for hours....so give me a call and lets chat. Make your next move your best one yet!
