We were down in Florida to look at places and it was our last day. At the last minute I saw something I got excited about and called in the number given to see it.. Jennifer was not only on it in two seconds (not the listing broker) accommodated us and even got us in to see it. And we ended up buying. She’s not only professional. She’s accommodating. Honest and someone you want in your corner when presenting your offer ... I wish all agents were as competent. And have already given her other clients.. honestly she’s great!

From the moment we started working with her, Jennifer went above and beyond to find a perfect place for us. She was always attentive to our communications and was able to find answers to our questions. She was very professional and guided us with all our negotiations, which was especially important to us, as we live out of state, and were not familiar with the local market. Jennifer was amazing! She helped me purchase my retirement home in Naples in a very competitive market for buyers. I believe it was the advice she gave regarding how to draft the purchase offer that resulted in the sellers accepting my offer in a multiple-bid situation. Because I moved across the country, Jennifer was extremely helpful in answering my numerous questions about health, auto, and home insurance, best places to shop for furniture, just to name a few. She also went above and beyond by going to the home to accept certain deliveries that had arrived earlier than expected and before I had made it to town.
