He was very helpful with the issues that came up with our sale. He was able to guide us in how to solve the problems/ buyers requirements. He is knowledgeable about real-estate regulations. He provides a very good photographer. He is willing to help with opening the house for contractors if repairs are needed and the seller is unable to be at the home. He was helpful with the neogotation of the sale and repair list for the seller. Mostly he is a man of his word. When he told us something he did it.
