As a dedicated full-time real estate consultant, I am qualified to be your guide to
buy or sell your home in paradise. I believe in using my skills in finance, contracts, negotiation
and marketing to your best advantage. I can help you understand the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and the local economy. As a former USCG yacht captain, I also have a strong love and knowledge of our beautiful marine environment and waterfront communities.

I am originally from Northern New York, in the Adirondack Region. I participated in track and field and basketball in high school, and spent a lot of time on the ski slopes of Whiteface Mountain. I graduated from SUNY at Plattsburgh with a degree in Art, specializing in stained glass. After I suffered a serious knee injury that prevented skiing, I became a sled-racer in the sport of Luge and competed in two Olympic Games for the USA. I later served as President of the US Luge Association. I also spent many years fishing for crab, salmon and Halibut all over Alaska and the North Pacific. After many years as a successful Realtor in the tropical Naples, FL area, my wife and I were drawn to the natural beauty and pleasing lifestyle of the Lowcountry.
