Can’t say enough good things about our home buying experience with Johnny. We were referred by a friend and he met us on a weekend to go over our criteria and budget for buying our first home. He’s very knowledgeable, prompt to every meeting, house showing, emails and texts. He also guided us in the right direction for a lender, whom we thoroughly enjoyed working with as well. Within 2 months Johnny found us the right home just perfect for us. The house met all our criteria. With one week till our baby was due, we were able to close at a quicker pace & move in before our baby girl arrived. Thank you Johnny for an enjoyable home buying experience! We will definitely recommend him to all our friends/family and will be using him for our future home purchases.

Johnny, Steve and Julie make a great team! We received amazing service from all three. They even walked our dog during a few of our showings. They gave us honest feedback on how to prepare our home for showings which was very helpful. At all times we felt that they had our best interest in mind and when it came to negotiating our contract with the buyer it went extremely smoothly. Throughout the escrow period we were kept up to date throughout the process and received emails reminding us of what we needed to do as homeowners before our closing. These guys (and Julie) are the best!

Johnny & Steve were fantastic. They made the process as simple as possible in a very competitive market. Where they really came through was during the negotiation process, which is the most important part. They took the time to walk through all the details and had our best interests in mind. I felt comfortable and really trust their knowledge and expertise. They also sold our condo, and it was the fastest and smoothest transaction, couldn't have asked for better. Julie, in their office, helped us with all the paperwork and kept us on track. We are so happy in our home but if we ever move we won't hesitate to pick up the phone and call Johnny and Steve.

Johnny and his team did a superb job selling our home. Johnny has been great to work with over the years. Very responsive and has a good understanding of what we are looking for in a home. He help sell our house a couple of years ago within days after listing but the buyers were not able to close. We decide to stay for a couple of year and recently listed it again. Found two buyers immediately and currently in contract with one.

I would give Steve & Julie (Steve's assistant) 10 stars if I could.If it weren't for this Dynamic Duo, we would not have the beautiful house we have today. Steve's extensive experience, efficiency and expertise were the main factors in the seller choosing our offer over multiple others. As soon as the offer was officially signed, Steve went to bat negotiating for repairs. He made sure we had a thorough understanding of any issues with the house and played hardball until he got us the best possible credit - which was more than we had hoped for. His team stayed in touch almost daily and also worked directly with our finance guy and Escrow company to make sure that everyone was on the same page and things were moving along. We ran into a major snag with some solar issues that the seller had not disclosed up front. Julie spent countless hours on the phone working with the solar company and escrow. She took care of all of the necessary paperwork and both she and Steve made themselves available at all hours to help until the problem was finally resolved. I have worked with many realtors over the years, but buying a home through Steve and Julie was by far the best experience I have ever had with any realtor. With so many realtors out there, it's hard to make a decision - and it seems that everyone has a friend that is a realtor these days. But, if you want a professional realtor that has the experience and expertise on getting you the absolute best deal and can handle issues that are bound to arise, Steve Ferreira is your go to guy. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough.

We found Johnny by chance; he was showing a property we were interested in. He was a perfect fit for us: quick to respond, flexible, honest and helpful. Different from some of the older stodgy agents we never felt like Johnny was pushing a deal or trying to simply close a sale. He's low key, nice and knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to refer us to top notch contractors in the area; it helps that his family has been in the business a long time. Highly recommend Johnny - he gets more than 5 stars

Steve sold us our first house 10 years ago, and Johnny just helped us sell it a decade late for a significant profit- from across the country, no less. Both are consummate professionals who know this business back-to-front. Our every question was answered immediately, and every unexpected situation handled quickly and smoothly. We chose Johnny and Mike after randomly wondering into an open house they were having for a listing and being impressed with their knowledge of the area. They were patient, gave great advice, and were quick to respond to inquiries/requests. Most importantly, their local knowledge and industry contacts let us hear about listings of interest in a timely manner - often before they were posted to MLS. In a competitive buying market, their relationships with other realtors gave us a leg up in the process. Highly recommended, especially for Scripps Ranch.
