I am an energetic husband and father of four. I love people, and serving others. I've lived in six states, and have over twenty-five years of Retail Management Experience. I have served in many capacities at my local church, and truly enjoy watching my kids participate in various activities: from Football and Volleyball, to Basketball, and even Special Olympics. We have lived in Chattanooga for more than a decade, and have a passion to see people achieve their dreams. Serving them as their Real Estate Professional is one way in which I can personally live out this passion.

First off all, Johnny Smith is the man you want standing beside you. This was our first time buying a house. We saw “the House” and immediately started the process of purchasing the home. And let me tell you, Everything that could go wrong did.(seller issues) Johnny and his Team was with us every step of the way, guiding us, always keeping us informed and up to date, and even having to calm us down through the process. But having Johnny there, it was a comfort knowing that some one was on our side. He is genuinely an amazing person and he cares so much! He will work as hard as it gets to get you in the Perfect place!!! Thank you Johnny!!

Johnny was the best. He helped us buy a home. If you are looking for a great agent then look no further. He goes to bat for his clients and makes sure they have what is best for them and not what is best for himself. I would definitely use him in the future had we not found our forever home.

My wife and I were/are pleased beyond measure with Johnny and his team. They helped us navigate the sell of our home; which was a big help since we no longer live in Chattanooga. Our home needed renovations prior to the sale and this team were awesome through it all. We highly recommend Johnny and team to help with your real estate needs!

Moving from out of state and not having a permanent residence while we looked, let us be more picky about our final decision. Johnny was a patient and helpful agent for my wife and I. He never seemed bothered to go out multiple times and gave us very good advice when a property was less than ideal.

As first-time sellers, we recently used Johnny Smith as our realtor and we were thrilled with the experience. Johnny’s suggestions helped us quickly and easily showcase our home’s unique and attractive qualities. He skillfully guided us through the entire selling process, and we received timely feedback anytime we had a question. Johnny is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely has his clients’ best interest at heart. Should we need a realtor again, he will be our first choice!
