Joseph McCarthy brings with him a wealth of experience having spent twenty years in residential real estate. Joe is well-respected within the real-estate community having served as the president the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.
Additionally, he has received numerous awards which testify to his expertise. Most notably, he was named Realtor of the Year in 2009 by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and received the Good Neighbor Award for several years, giving testimony to his commitment of time to serving the community through volunteerism.
In 2013 and 2014, Joe was awarded the Lear Award for outstanding commitment to the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.
With this experience, he has created a full-service real estate brokerage association and guide known as August Associates LLC.
