Joseph McCarthy brings with him a wealth of experience having spent twenty years in residential real estate. Joe is well-respected within the real-estate community having served as the president the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.

Additionally, he has received numerous awards which testify to his expertise. Most notably, he was named Realtor of the Year in 2009 by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and received the Good Neighbor Award for several years, giving testimony to his commitment of time to serving the community through volunteerism.

In 2013 and 2014, Joe was awarded the Lear Award for outstanding commitment to the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.

With this experience, he has created a full-service real estate brokerage association and guide known as August Associates LLC.

I found Joseph when I went to see a house he had listed. I didn't have a realtor I was working with. I was relocating from Texas and had limited knowledge of the RI area and process of purchasing in RI. I instantly trusted that Joseph was the realtor I wanted to help me find my dream home for myself and my boys. Within 2 weeks we found our home. He made the process easy on me as he didn't waste my time on homes that he knew wouldn't work for my family. When it came time to negotiate on the purchase price he again ran the comps and negotiated the price where I needed it to be.
