Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) REALTORĀ® The Multiple Listing Service Mark

As a child and wife of families who have moved a few times, I understand what that means to military families. I have been licensed in North Carolina and have pursued real estate since 1988 and worked in the greater Jacksonville area since 1990.

Real estate can be challenging for buyers and sellers, as well as REALTORS® because it is ever changing. I have stayed in a profession I like for nearly 30 years because helping folks find a great home for their family is fulfilling to me. One of the challenges I’ve seen in a military town is, saying goodbye to my clients and friends when they move to new duty stations. So then I do what is necessary to get them top dollar, help them with their transitions, and try to reduce stress as much as possible during a move.
Fortunately, being a large military town, with growing nearby beaches, and retirement areas, we have a steady number of folks moving in and out, helping to keep values steady and demand relevant.

Need a house? There is no better time to buy. I am here to help with all of your real estate needs.
