I met Judy in the summer of 2008. My home in Cranston, RI was on the market for almost a year.Yes there was a recession affecting home sales but not to the point that the house should have still been on the market.Judy was recommended by a friend and thankfully did all the right things to put us in the proper direction.Within a month and the day before an open house ,our home was sold.She guided us through the paces with a difficult buyer and helped us get the few repairs we needed completed before the closing.This house and this neighborhood was the place we had spent almost thirty years with our three daughters. It was difficult to leave but we were moving toward the dream of expanding our beach house and retiring on the RI coastline.We are so happy here . I believe we would still be in Cranston as the market continued to deteriorate and our opportunity would have passed.

Last September I saw an investment property in Bonnet Shores near our newly renovated home in Narragansett, RI. When I decided it might be good for the future of my family, my first phone call was to Judy.I bought the house in one month and she was an amazing asset.Judy has an easy way about her that makes you comfortable.She knows the business of real estate but just as importantly she knows "the business of people".Being a professional counselor I appreciated all the advise, the phone calls she answered so quickly and the calmness we felt in her hands.I have no reservations about recommending Judy and I would be happy to speak to a serious buyer or seller re her attributes.Thank you, Barbara

This was our first home purchase and working with Judy was a true blessing. She was very understanding of the stressful process and was accommodating throughout. Without Judy's expertise and thoroughness we would not have gotten through this process as quick and seamless as we did. We officially sourced Judy in Early October and we closed on our house on 12/30/14! I would not think twice about recommending Judy to any of my friends or family and any other home purchase I make in the future I will be sure to go to Judy. Even after we successfully closed on the home, Judy continues to support us and be there for any of our needs. She truly cares and it was a pleasure to have worked with her.

Judy helped me purchase my first home in 2011. Buying a home is (of course) a huge decision to make but Judy walked me through the process and I am very happy with the end result. As we were looking at housing, she stopped me at one point and said, " I can't seem to tell what you are feeling. I'm trying to get a read on you." Shortly after that, when we walked into the home I ended up purchasing, she said "There it is! That's what I was looking for!" This showed me that Judy was aware of my emotions and feelings. She paid attention to detail and looked for what I was looking for. She always had new listings to show me and if I had any questions she couldn't answer, she got me an answer shortly after that.I recently married and now my husband and I both own homes. I will certainly be calling Judy again to help us sell our two houses and find a new home that is perfect for us!

I worked with Judy to both buy and sell a home within the past two years. The reason I used Judy to sell the home after purchasing one through her was because I found her to be one of the more honest agents I have dealt with and she was always responsive.My situation was unique because I was moving out of the country so I needed to rely on her more than the typical seller. Judy was a major factor to keep the process simple, smooth, and efficient. She was always available by phone, e-mail, or in person if I needed her, she made herself available for contractors if I was unable to be at the home, and she was very diligent and precise when setting up open houses and showings.She is very knowledgeable of her area and someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We had a great experience with Judy on our rental property purchase. The former owner/tenant was a nightmare to deal with and this purchase took close to 5 months to close but Judy was very attentive and helpful and stood by our side through the entire process. Judy followed up with us at least once a week during this process and her professionalism helped calm us down when things were slow and frustrating. We plan on purchasing a new home in the next 1-2 years and we definitely will call on Judy to help us find the perfect one.

Without Judy’s knowledge and expertise we would not be living in our dream house. When we submitted our bid she guided us through the process and helped us submit a bid that was irresistible to the seller.She was there for us through the entire process of building a home.
