I attended Bayside Academy in Daphne and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University and then to obtain a Master's degree from the University of South Alabama.  I have lived in Daphne, Fairhope, and Gulf Shores and am familiar with Baldwin County as a whole.  I have 3 children who attend school here and are involved in many extracurricular activities.  I love all things water related, music, exercising, learning new things, and visiting new places!

  I have extensive experience working with Sellers, Buyers, Investors, and Property Management.  I assist Sellers in getting their property SOLD through excellent photography, video slideshows, marketing on the local MLS and over 80 other national websites (such as Trulia, Zillow, Homes.com, Realtor.com...), social media marketing, staging advice, pricing guidance, responsiveness, negotiation advice, and closing guidance.
  I help Buyers to find the perfect property to meet their needs and budget. As a Baldwin County native, I am familiar with all parts of the County and can offer advice on many different aspects of life here. I can also assist with offer price advice, contract negotiations, inspection advice, closing guidance, and renovation contacts if needed.
  I am also experienced in working with investors who are looking for a good return on their money. I can work up rental pro formas to list expenses and rental potential in order to project financial profits/losses.  I have experience with both short and long term property management. 

  My husband owns Baldwin Truss Company, a truss manufacturing company in Summerdale.  He is a Mechanical Engineer and has designed engineered roof and floor systems for many residential and commercial properties.  This has taught me much about home construction and given me many contacts in the construction industry.

  After having worked at a couple of different real estate companies, I decided to obtain my Broker's license and form my own company, Coastal Living Properies, LLC.  This requires additional coursework and passing a state exam.  This also qualifies me to work independently and to supervise other real estate agents.  I have a Broker's license in both AL and FL and can sell properties in both states.
