Justin Alaniz was a very helpful Real estate agent. I never felt as if I was being pressured into buying a house. He made sure all my wants and needs in the house I wanted were met. Regardless of the time of day I was able to reach Justin with any question regarding the process of buying a house. No questions were left unanswered.

I was nervous to start looking for my first home; I didn’t want to feel rushed or pushed into something I wasn’t comfortable with from someone just trying to make a buck, and working with Justin was so effortless. He was recommended to me by a friend, and after contacting him everything seemed easier than I built up in my mind. He went through every “No” and “I don’t like that” I put him through like a champ and never made me feel like an inconvenience. He broke down every concern and question I had, and I felt very comfortable going into close on the home. I could not have asked for a better person to work with for purchasing my first home.

He’s been great to work with. Very understanding and helpful with questions first home owners have. He showed us a few houses in our price range had things going very smoothly. Helped us get paper work started as soon as we chose a house. And is definitely easy to get ahold of when you need or have questions!

It was really a great experience working with Justin! He’s very knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated. He would meet my family and I after his normal working hours to show us a house we were interested in, since that was often the only time we were available to look at homes. We looked at a ton of homes, and never once did Justin try to push us into buying a house that we didn’t want. He cared that we found the home of our dreams, rather than him making a quick sale.
