Kathy worked with me from out of town to purchase my townhouse in 2012. She did an excellent job for me. We managed all steps via phone and fax. She was great to work with.

Kathy demonstrates both her professionalism and her concern for me as her client on every contact I have had with her. She saves me so much time in my search for our"perfect" house. Kathy made sure before we saw the first home she knew EXACTLY what we were looking for. I mean even the distance from each house to the schools we wanted for the kids.I can't imagine any realtor anywhere who is more dedicated to her customers. I should know. I moved 11 times in my work career; and surely wish all the people trying to help me sell my old house and find a new one would have Kathy Henley. She's the best!

Kathy was instrumental in helping me get an asking price offer on my home. She made practical staging suggestions, which revealed her expertise in property maintenance and management. She even found a couple of bar stools I could borrow to help stage the kitchen! Kathy also assisted in the purchase of investment property and made sure the closings were scheduled back to back, with all parties present and records complete. I recommend Kathy to anyone who is buying or selling a property in this area. She is congenial, easy going, and knowledgeable. She puts in the hard work that gets results.
