Our experience with Katie was exceptional! She is extremely knowledgeable. We found her on the internet. From the moment she answered the phone we knew she was the right Realtor for us. Katie has been very patient with us in our search for a new home, understanding and helpful. She was always flexible when we were setting up appointments to view the homes. Katie was wonderful. Her knowledge and expertise helped me sell my house in 3 days and purchase another at the same time. She recommended a house inspector (House Masters) who was great and came to my home to let in a furnace inspector and a mold remediator. She came back twice later to let in the mold people . Katie really impressed me with her knowledge and was always had my back. We had several problems clearing the title and Kate was always working to help smoothe them out using all of her contacts. I cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend her without hesitation.
