About Keith Reaume

Real Estate has always been appealing to me, and being the family business for over 40 years, it seemed almost natural that I take part. However, the appeal is much more than a familial obligation. Real estate provides me the opportunity to help people sell and acquire what is often the largest asset in their lives. When selling a home, the chosen agent makes the difference in success or failure. Homeowners deserve the best in service, education, experience and ambition; especially in a today's turbulent market. I put forth every effort into every listing and my proven system brings positive results. The purchase of a home involves much more than finding a home, liking it and buying it. In today's market, real estate professionals must be more of a counselor in the home buying/selling arena. Buyers must consider financing alternatives, the structure and the function of the home and its systems, environmental and local market effects on the home, as well as investment and legal issues. Therefore, by utilizing my experience and education, I am able to provide much more then the traditional Realtor. In addition, if I do not provide 100% professional, honest service to my clients, then I do not have a future in this business, since my future depends on the referrals from satisfied past clients. Integrity, honesty, and professional courtesy are my most important guides in every transaction. With this in mind, I am able to serve like no other Realtor in the metropolitan Detroit area."
